2.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only ONE account with jso777. Creating multiple accounts (often referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Users found operating duplicate accounts will have all accounts permanently closed, all bonuses and winnings voided, and may be permanently banned from the Platform. This restriction applies per individual person, household, IP address, email address, payment method, and device.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. • Allowing any other person to access or use your account

• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location or identity
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start from Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits depend on your account verification status and transaction history, ranging from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction. Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallets and within 5-15 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours. jso777 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements and Processing

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed and approved)
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name
• Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000
• You must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless agreed otherwise by jso777 support

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of disconnection during gameplay, any bets already placed will stand and be settled according to game results. If a game round was not completed before disconnection, the round will be completed automatically by the game server, and results will be available in your game history. jso777 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the User's end.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

7.2 No Warranty

7.3 Limitation of Damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your jso777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements and pending verification checks. Account closure is permanent and irreversible.

8.2 jso777-Initiated Suspension or Closure

jso777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or if continued operation of your account poses legal or reputational risk to the Platform. In such cases, jso777 may withhold any remaining balance and winnings derived from prohibited activities.
